Guest fully accept these terms and conditions by booking Harrysbarn.
A deposit of £100 is payable at time of booking this will
secure the
booking and is none refundable.
The balance should be paid at least 1 month before you go, .
If you have to cancel you’re booking then please let us know as soon as you can so that we can endeavour to re let Harrysbarn.
In the event of
us being able to re let Harrysbarn then a refund in full will be made.
However if Harrysbarn cannot be re let then you will forfeit your
deposit.
If you have any complaints then please let us know as soon as you
can
whilst you are in the property so that we can have a chance to
sort things out.
No more than the stated number of people at booking can occupy
Harrysbarn
(2 adults and 2 children aged between 5-15)
Guests will be asked to leave if this is not adhered to and
the booking
will be
deemed cancelled with full loss of deposit and balance.
Any breakages or damage however caused should be notified to the owners
(there
is an honesty box for guests use in Harrysbarn)
Guests will be responsible for leaving Harrysbarn as clean and
tidy
as they find it, an excessive cleaning charge will apply.
We do have a cleaning service currently £20. If you do not have
the
time or
inclination to clean Harrysbarn please let the owners know ASAP if
you
wish to take advantage of this.
Smoking is NOT
allowed
Dogs are welcome
Baggage and personal belongings are at the hirer’s risk, the
owners accept no responsibility
for any
loss, damage or breakage however caused.
The owners will not be held responsible for any loss or damage however
caused
to vehicles or there contents
We do not supply any child safety equipment but Guests are more than
welcome to
bring their own.
